This smoke stack at the now closed Ford plant (2011) stands tall near Lock and Dam Number One in Saint Paul. Who built it? I love the ladder and the outer protective ladder. I would like to see a time-lapse of the construction. Who went to the top? Why did they go to the top? A chimney sweeper?
